Chelsea have been very active recently in the transfer window with getting Timo Werner on board and now they’ve revealed their new kit for the 20-21 season revealing a touch of Savile Row to the bridge.
The city’s heritage and culture is woven into the new design, with a stunning blue herringbone knit and garnished with bespoke flourishes. With a blue shirt, blue short, and white socks, the shirt also has a dark blue collar having a sophisticated textured effect. The white socks have Nike Swoosh and a Chelsea lion making it a classic look as a whole.
‘London is the epicentre of men’s tailoring and the kit takes its inspiration from this iconic craft,’ says Nike’s Scott Munson, VP, Nike Football Apparel. ‘We paid tribute to the work of these skilled tailors with the use of bespoke details and trims to create a really crisp aesthetic which complements Chelsea’s uniquely stylish identity.’ The jersey is available on the official online store. It will be worn in the match today against West Ham.
