MATCH PREVIEW : SEVILLA VS FC BARCELONA

FC Barcelona travel to the Ramon Sanchez to face Sevilla on Saturday in the league before their return leg at the Camp Nou in the Copa Del Rey semi final with a 2-0 deficit already. The team needs all three points as well as the win in the cup to keep the confidence going. 

Barca are coming off a win midweek against Elche after losing two points against Cadiz previously in order to close the gap with the two Madrid clubs. Sevilla are in top form this season, and Barca are yet to register a win against them. Sevilla have lost seven, drawn three, and won fifteen games they played this season, an impressive run by the lads. They’ve collected 48 points and are sitting fourth in the table, just two points behind Barca.

They came off a 2-0 win away at Osasuna, and having won the first leg of the Copa Del Rey, are already in confidence going into this game. Domestically, Lopetegui’s side continue to impress, but they have work to do in the Champions League, having suffered a 3-2 home defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of their last-16 clash on February 17.
